General Info:
From the BLPOA website link above:
The Belleau Lake Property Owners Association (BLPOA) is a non-profit organization devoted to maintaining Belleau Lake and area around it.
The BLPOA maintains approximately 8 miles of private roads that surround the lake, boat launch area, member beaches, a pavilion and over 100 acres of recreation land that is available for the use and enjoyment of the membership and BLDA maintains the dam.
The BLPOA endeavors to protect the area in such a way to assure water quality and safety for our residents and those downstream from us.
Only residents, property owners and their invited guests may use the properties, roads, and lake. The exception is snowmobile traffic on “Corridor 19” in winter.

Personal Thoughts/Info:
Belleau Lake seems to mostly a private lake as it is maintained etc. by property owners association. The boat launch requires a key to open.
I’ve fished here for only once during July of 2018 as my family had rented a house on this lake. I think it has potential… see linked blog post for more details.
